2010: Our 11th Annual "A Walk/Run to Remember"
Funds raised directly benefit our work with grieving children and their families. Families from the entire Pioneer Valley come to The Garden following the death of a close family member. We do not charge for our service, but it is not a free program to run.
Our Walk/Run to Remember is a fun event for the whole family, and the whole community.
We invite you to walk/run in memory of someone who has died.
Or walk/run for the fun of it!
Following the race stay for snacks, bounce house for kids, open swim and door prize drawing.
Walk/Run to Remember is made possible with generous support from Northampton Area Pediatrics and many other local businesses. Make your miles count by raising pledges for The Garden. Through your efforts, we can continue to provide free services to every grieving family that requests support for as long as they are in need. Please help us grow The Garden!

WHO PARTICIPATES:
We welcome walkers and runners of ALL ages at this family-friendly event. Some in attendance will remember those in their lives who have died, others not.

A Walk/Run to Remember directly benefits the work of The Garden: A Center for Grieving Children and Teens in Northampton, MA. The Garden is the bereavement support program of the Hampshire Regional YMCA. We are committed to making The Garden available to every grieving family at no charge. The Garden relies on the generosity of our volunteers and the broader community to keep it that way. A Walk/Run to Remember is our largest fundraiser. Help us grow The Garden!
